Yes, We assure you that we will be rendering our lunch box delivery services on time. It will be delivered at your place just 30 minutes before your child leaves for school.
What we have to do incase if any day our child has to leave early than the usual timings?
In case of such a situation you call and inform us beforehand, so that we can adjust it accordingly and deliver the lunch box at the convenient time as desired by you.
What should I do if we want any changes to be made in our kids lunch box menu?
You can suggest it through emails or get it confirmed with the customer care help desk.
My child is a bit overweight. Doctor has told to control on his diet. How will you manage his lunch meals?
We assure you that we will provide your child with the healthy lunch meals as per his health needs, by checking his health records, etc. So, you need not worry about your son regarding his diet in the lunch box meals.
Or in case, if you have any suggestions then we can customize the menus as desired by you for your son.
What if in case, there is a breakage or damage to the lunch boxes provided to my school going child?
As per our business policy, first we will provide each child with 2 lunch boxes.
In case of any breakage or damage to the lunch boxes, we will replace it with a new one. But it will be based on some extra costs involved.
